I'll be honest with you right from the start: I'm hyperactive. Sitting around doing nothing? That's simply impossible for me. My brain is constantly moving, looking for ways I can help, improve, transform.

Why am I telling you this? Because it explains EVERYTHING I do, how I work, and why I'm the broker I am today.

My mission in life? Helping people and feeling useful. That's what makes me tick every day. When I see a happy client in their new home, when I transform a property and reveal its full potential, when I find THE solution to a complex problem... that's when I feel alive!

You know what? I've always had 2-3 jobs at the same time. Why? Honestly, I don't know. It's stronger than me! My overflowing energy needs multiple outlets.

• 🦷 Implantology Coordinator at Pierre Gervais Dental Clinic - A job I LOVE!
• 🎨 Property Decorator - Because transforming spaces is in my DNA

Each experience taught me something essential: understanding people's needs, being precise with details, serving my community. All these skills, I bring them today to my real estate brokerage.

Here's a fun fact about me: I would change houses every year if I could! 😄

Why? Because I love transforming properties and revealing their full potential. Buying a house that needs love, seeing its hidden potential, renovating it, decorating it, showcasing it... that's my favorite playground!

I also do property decoration for my clients. I actually have a very big project underway where I had carte blanche - I'll share it with you soon, it's really exciting! 🎨✨

Why do I say that?

If your house sells in 24 hours with 10 offers, it probably means we listed it too low. You could have gotten more. And for me, that's a failure.
